Welcome

"Welcome" seems inappropriately cheery, but thank you for visiting. This site has been started for people who wish support Liz in her healing journey.

  2. Have a mom in Herndon ready to start pumping for Griffin. She only has a hand pump - can we put out a call for a better pump?

  3. I don't have a substantial amount to offer to G at the moment but I have a Pump In Style that I won't touch until possibly August (but may never need it this time if I'll have the toddler to help). I'll gladly lend it to your mama Tammi - all she has to do is call Medela for the free accessories, though she may have to pay for shipping (can't be > then $4).

  4. My good friend is an energy healer and 2x survivor herself in Charlottesville and would love a visit up here sometime soon, would just need to know when.
Also - doesn't little river yoga support alternative modalities? I know Suzanne offers brilliant classes (I think Stair is a HMN member also).

  10. This is very difficult news. I can help with breastmilk. Also, the Weston Price Foundation has a very good homemade raw milk formula (and variations) that is not hard to make: http://www.westonaprice.org/childrens-health/319-recipes-for-homemade-baby-formula.html

As far as alternative therapy, I have researched this therapy for several years: www.gerson.org, and it seems to offer very positive outcomes...

  11. Financial assistance for traditional treatments, https://cissecure.nci.nih.gov/factsheet/FactSheetSearch8_3.aspx

My cousin in SC was assisted by the hospital. She had a car accident and they found breast cancer. She was someone given Medicaid under special circumstances.

    Praying for you.
